Delivery Policy

All services offered on SmmVersus are delivered electronically. SmmVersus does not ship physical goods, and no physical delivery or shipping charges apply.

1. How Services are Delivered

Upon successfully placing an order and verification of payment, your order details are transmitted to our servers for processing. The service (followers, likes, views, etc.) is delivered directly to the social media account link or username you provided during checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Start Time: Most orders begin processing automatically within a few minutes. However, some services may take up to 24 hours to start as specified in the individual package description.
• Completion Time: The completion time depends on the size of the order and the speed of the selected service package. Speed estimates are listed under each service description.

3. Delivery Conditions & Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, the Buyer must meet the following criteria:

• The target social media account must be set to Public. Orders placed on private accounts cannot be delivered, and we are not liable for delayed processing in such cases.
• You must not change the social media username or link while the order is in progress. Doing so will disrupt delivery and void any completion or refill guarantees.
• Do not order the same service from multiple providers simultaneously. This will cause tracking issues and prevent us from verifying accurate delivery count.

4. Verification of Delivery

Our system logs the start count (initial number of followers/likes/views) and the final count for each order. Delivery is considered complete when the target amount is reached based on our system logs.

5. Support & Delayed Delivery

If your order has not started within 24 hours or you experience any delivery delays, please contact our support team immediately by opening a ticket in your dashboard. We will inspect and accelerate the process.
