Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing SmmVersus. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding order cancellations, adjustments, and refunds for funds added to your account balance.
1. Account Funding & Refunds
Once you deposit funds/add balance to your SmmVersus account, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method (such as credit card, debit card, or bank transfer) unless there is a billing error on our end. Deposited funds must be spent on orders within the platform.
2. Order Cancellations & System Refunds
- If an order cannot be completed due to system updates, server issues, or link errors, the amount spent on the uncompleted portion of the order will be automatically refunded to your SmmVersus account balance.
- Users cannot manually cancel or pause an order once it is placed. If you need to request cancellation, you must open a support ticket. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already in progress on the server.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a payment on SmmVersus, you agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate your account, ban your IP address, and void all services delivered or pending in your account.
4. Refill and Warranty Policy
Some service packages include a "Refill" guarantee (specified in the service name/description). If drop occurs within the warranty period, you may request a refill by submitting a support ticket with your order ID. If the service does not specify a refill guarantee, we are not responsible for any drops that may occur after delivery.
5. Account Termination
Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized credit cards or attempting chargebacks, will lead to immediate account termination. No refunds will be provided for remaining balances on terminated accounts.
