Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the Seller (SmmVersus) and the Buyer (Customer) under the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of digital services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the SmmVersus website.

2. Service Details & Pricing

The type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the services are as specified in the order confirmation sent to the Buyer's registered email address and displayed in the Buyer's account dashboard. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery of Services

Since the products sold are digital social media services (e.g. followers, likes, views), delivery is performed electronically to the social media link/username provided by the Buyer. Delivery begins automatically or within the timeframe specified on the service package details (typically 0-24 hours) after the payment is verified.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to consumer protection regulations for distance contracts, the Right of Withdrawal (cancellation/refund after delivery starts) is not applicable for contracts relating to services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Once the processing of a social media service order has started, it cannot be paused, recalled, or refunded.

5. Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer must provide accurate and complete social media links or usernames. SmmVersus is not responsible for non-delivery or incorrect delivery due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer. The Buyer's social media account must be set to "Public" during the delivery process.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent arbitration committees and courts.
